Theo's marinated grade A chicken is supplied fresh daily and can be cooked in many different ways. Portions are ideal to cook on a
barbeque, either as individual portions or diced and skewered as kebabs. Traditional
oven cooked chicken is always a favourite for roasts and a variety of dishes with potatoes, rice, or served sliced with salad. To easy cook,
grill and serve as a snack, or slice or filling with salad on pitta bread, baguettes, buns, naan or tortilla. Once cooked Theo's chicken is delicious hot or cold. For curries and spicy dishes marinated chicken is usually
shallow fried in oil or butter before adding to prepared sauces.
Deep fried chicken is preferred by many and can be served with chips or as a snack with savoury dips. A whole range of
casserole dishes use chicken either as portions or diced.
