Theo’s breaded chicken fillets, tomato sauce, spaghetti pasta
INGREDIENTS
4 Theo’s breaded chicken
4 tbsp Theo’s mayo & garlic sauce
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 large garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp olive oil
200ml boiling water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
320g spaghetti sasta
METHOD
To make salad: Cook rice according to the pack instructions. Drain beans and rinse under cold To make sauce: In a large saucepan heat oil. Add garlic and onion and cook until softened. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, salt, oregano and boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook chicken fillets in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
